The destruction of the ozone layer is suspected of causing an increase in skin cancers, and an increase in global warming, which could affect the overall environment of the planet.

Strict federal laws now regulate the use and handling of CFC's. Only properly certified persons are permitted to handle CFC's. And, under no circumstances can CFC's be vented into the atmosphere, nor can they be added to a leaking air conditioning system. These laws carry stiff penalties for violators, so be sure about the qualifications of anyone who works on your system. All R&L technicians are certified to handle CFC's.
